Flexible Rate:

Flexible Payment policy

• A 30% non-refundable is required for the confirmation of the booking
• The remaining balance of 70% needs to be fully compensated 8 weeks prior to arrival

Flexible Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation is not available for this rate.
• For any cancellation received up to 8 weeks prior the arrival a penalty of 30% will apply
• For any cancellation, non-show or early departure made between 8 weeks up to 0 days 100% of the stay is charged
• Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking, and as such, are subject to cancellation fees
